Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the self-administration of medication for residents in compliance with federal and state regulations and Senior Lifestyle guidelines.
  • Report any changes in resident health and provide proper documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.

Requirements

  • At least one month of experience in a senior care setting.
  • State-specific certification may be required depending on location.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and positive demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail.
