Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Specialist to support our food service team in delivering exceptional patient care and dietary services within our Adolescent Eating Disorder Residential Program.

This is an urgent need position that requires the candidate to maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, assist with meal preparation and service, monitor patient mealtimes to ensure adherence to dietary guidelines, and provide administrative support to the dietary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
  • Assist with meal preparation and service to meet the dietary needs of patients
  • Monitor patient mealtimes to ensure compliance with dietary guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to the dietary team

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a career in Nutrition or a related field
  • Must obtain a San Diego County Food Handler's Permit
  • Experience in dietary education or food service is preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
