Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Bakery Specialist to join our team at ELRI.PARKER, Inc. dba Golden Corral. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods, from traditional yeast rolls to specialty desserts. If you have a passion for baking and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace, while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs
- Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
- Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate
- Follows local health department laws and company policies
