Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Level Welder to join our team at Blue Giant Lifts LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding and assembling parts and components to meet our high-quality standards.

• Weld and assemble parts and components using various techniques and equipment
• Read and understand work orders and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Meet minimum and maximum output quantities while maintaining quality standards
• Operate gauges, Mig-welding equipment, jigs, and fixtures, grinders, and measuring tools
• Set machines for different types of materials and varying thickness
• Perform regular lubrication and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance
• Test and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with work orders
• Follow scheduling dates to meet production goals and deadlines
• Work efficiently and effectively on diversified tasks and projects
• Perform quality work and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Ensure employees use or wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Report any observed hazards or risks to the supervisor
• Support a safe work environment that is free from violence or harassment

• Minimum Grade 12 education
• MUST have Welding Certification
• Capable of reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings
• Able to lift a maximum of 25lbs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
