Steward Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Ruths Chris Steak House. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining room and kitchen areas.

• Clean and maintain the dining room and kitchen areas, including floors, tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Restock supplies and linens as needed.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs.
• Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of the dining room and kitchen areas.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Minimum 6 months of general labor or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and other team members.
• Ability to understand communication in English.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
• Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food supply, smallwares, equipment, supplies, and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds constantly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
