Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer cardiac medications, and perform other critical care interventions as needed.
  • Participate in emergency and elective cardioversions, as well as the insertion of temporary pacemakers.
  • Work collaboratively with hospitalists and cardiologists to achieve the highest quality of care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment or transfer into position.
  • Critical care or Telemetry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
