Job Responsibilities

As a Sheet Metal Worker at Amentum, you will perform assigned sheet metal duties onsite at the NASA Johnson Space Center. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sheet metal workmanship as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a High School Diploma.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
  • Have a valid Texas driver's license.
  • Pass a Pre-Employment background check and drug screen test.
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Have good physical shape/condition for climbing in and out of tight restricted working areas.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior knowledge of NASA site and experience working on government installations are preferred.
