Position Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and sustain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to oversee user identities, roles, and access permissions utilizing the Sailpoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Conduct access evaluations, certifications, and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Deliver Identity and Access Management engineering services, advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and monitoring of enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and convert them into technical solutions for identity governance and administration.
- Assist end-users and administrators with IGA tools and processes.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in Identity & Access Management to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- Must be available to provide third-level 24/7 support on a rotating schedule.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration platforms such as Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
- Thorough understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification.
- Experience with Java, C#, SQL, APIs/Web Services, Windows Servers, Linux Servers, PowerShell, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with SIEM products like Splunk and tools such as Postman is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Federated Services: PingFederate; Multi-Factor Authentication: PingID; Privileged Account Management: Delinea (Secret Server) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; technical writing or desktop/web publishing skills are beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills in evaluating security data.
- Preferred 2 - 5 years of security-related experience or equivalent.

- Active engagement in the security and technology sectors with innovative ideas for organizational solutions.
- Adept at making timely decisions that propel the organization forward.
- Flexibility to work remotely and attend meetings as required.
- Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Additional Information:
- Reporting to: Associate Director, Identity & Access Management
- Schedule: Hybrid, with occasional on-site requirements.
Compensation Range: $88,800 - $142,200
