Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong communication and listening skills to engage with guests and colleagues
  • Possess a professional understanding of classic and innovative cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Interpret guest preferences and provide tailored recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of food and beverage sales for each patron
  • Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and prepared for subsequent shifts
  • Have a foundational knowledge of the culinary offerings
  • Maintain an efficient work pace to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Understand and adhere to food safety standards as outlined by health regulations
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality consistently

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate excellent emotional self-awareness, especially under pressure, while maintaining a warm and respectful demeanor
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending
  • Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Possess the ability to multitask and follow directions in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a valid Alcohol Server Training Card
  • Knowledge of a second language is advantageous
