We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Mountain View Hospital. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, nutritious meals to our patients, staff, and visitors.

• Prepare and cook meals in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing way.
• Manage food inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and staff, while also considering nutritional value and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure that food services meet the needs of our patients and staff.

• Food Handlers Permit or ServSafe Certification required.
• Graduate from a Culinary School program preferred.
• Experience in healthcare food service or restaurant environment required.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• High volume, complex food service operations experience preferred.
