Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will use your expert knowledge of home accessibility solutions to help families navigate mobility challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, assess their home mobility needs, and provide tailored recommendations for solutions that improve safety and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with 2-3 clients and their families daily to assess home mobility needs and offer tailored recommendations.

• Present and demonstrate home accessibility products that will improve safety and mobility for clients.

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for customers based on their needs assessment.

• Work closely with the Lifeway operations team to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation.

• Handle customer questions, manage objections, and offer solutions including financing and rental options.

• Generate 20% of your own leads through customer referrals, repeat business, and community outreach.

• Aim to exceed customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in sales, preferably in-home sales or mobility equipment sales. You must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with company software systems and maintaining accurate client records. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are also essential requirements.

Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
