- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Develop and maintain proficiency in the use of our EHR system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Fulfill various clerical responsibilities, including sending and receiving patient medical records, obtaining lab and imaging reports, and scheduling appointments and tests.
- Environmental Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of work experience in a medical office setting.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the healthcare field, medical specialty, and specific assisting tasks related to ENT care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive Salary: $18-$27/hour, based on experience.

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
