Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages for customers
- Promote coffee consumption by educating customers about different drinks and products
- Recommend the coffeehouse's products to undecided clientele
- Clean and maintain the store during downtime as needed
- Educate customers on food safety procedures
- Accurately record customer order information
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
