Breakfast Host

Raines Co. is seeking a skilled Breakfast Host to join our team at Cambria Riverview. As a Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless breakfast experience for our guests.

• Plan and prepare breakfast menus according to brand standards and facility needs
• Manage inventory of food and utensils, ensuring a clean and well-stocked breakfast area
• Prepare daily breakfast menu of hot and cold breakfast foods, adhering to required sanitation procedures for food handling safety
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any guest questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service
• Break down the breakfast area at the end of the meal period, ensuring a clean facility for the next meal

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven working experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, with flexible scheduling
• Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time
