We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide - HHA / CNA / Caregiver to join our team at Concierge Care in Palm Coast, FL.

Job Summary:

As a Home Health Aide - HHA / CNA / Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and ambulation
  • Help clients with mobility and transportation, including doctor's appointments and errands
  • Prepare meals and assist with physical therapy exercises
  • Complete light housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements:

  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Home Health Aide - HHA Certificate
  • CPR Certificate or proof of scheduled renewal class
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
