Job Summary

As a Security Site Supervisor with Allied Universal, you will oversee the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and security officers, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and security officers.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to security officers within approved empowerment range.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on site safety and security issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
