Adjunct Professor

As an Adjunct Instructor at Touro University New York, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, course preparation, and assessment in a dynamic and supportive academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach one class session each week, engaging students in interactive and meaningful learning experiences
• Hold office hours for one hour each week, providing students with individualized support and guidance
• Develop and deliver lectures, assignments, assessments, and course materials that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Evaluate student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback to promote academic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and update course modules in Canvas, enhancing the student learning experience
Qualifications:
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in the relevant field
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in the subject matter
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or Canvas
Compensation:
• Maximum Salary: USD $3,250.00/Semester
• Minimum Salary: USD $2,750.00/Semester
