- Perform routine cleaning of resident apartments and shared spaces, including hallways and common areas.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
- Respond promptly to resident and guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Be available to assist during resident emergencies as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards residents, visitors, and fellow team members.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Effective communication skills in English are required.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Problem-solving skills to address various situations effectively.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor with residents and colleagues.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting between locations.
