Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in automation controls and electrical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our control systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will perform advanced troubleshooting functions using PLC and HMI code, execute tasks in a safe manner, and develop and train maintenance personnel on control systems and functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and upgrade control systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting functions using PLC and HMI code.
  • Execute tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Develop and train maintenance personnel on control systems and functions.
  • Assist in the development of baseline safe work performance expectations and work practices.
Requirements:
  • Five years of industrial experience in maintenance or related field.
  • Full familiarity with Rockwell PLC software and hardware.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and understanding skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical prints.
  • Familiarity with high-speed manufacturing and packaging processes, operations, and associated machinery.
