Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapist Licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Ability to travel to patient's home or facility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Home healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Norwalk, OH
