About the Job:
We are seeking a talented Precision Welding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal parts with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Cobot welding and possess strong knowledge of metals, alloys, and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG Welding: Perform precision welding of thin materials, ensuring clean, high-quality welds.
• MIG Welding: Handle high-production welding tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Stick Welding: Operate manual welding equipment for heavy-duty structures and outdoor applications.
• Cobot Welding: Program, operate, and monitor collaborative welding robots.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Cobot welding (certifications preferred).
• Strong knowledge of metals, alloys, and welding processes.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures.

Salary and Benefits:
