**Job Summary:**

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join their team at a prominent carpet manufacturer in Glasgow, Virginia. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate machinery and equipment to handle yarn and other materials
  • Supply tufting creels with cones of yarn for lot changes and strip yarn from creel/removes empty cones from pegs
  • Identify yarn and place identification in cargotainer/plattetainer/box
  • Patrol creel and check for and repair ends out
  • Clean and maintain creels in a clean and orderly condition

**Requirements:**

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Background check
  • Drug Screen
