**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Collector to join our team at ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company. As a Medical Collector, you will be responsible for collecting medical histories, venipuncture, manual blood pressure, vitals, and urine specimens from patients in their homes, workplaces, or specified locations.

**Responsibilities**

* Collect medical histories and perform venipuncture, manual blood pressure, vitals, and urine specimens from patients
* Ensure accurate and efficient collection of specimens
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
* Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of 100 successful practical blood draws
* Washington State Phlebotomy License
* Skilled in taking manual blood pressures and pulses
* Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
* Own computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner
