Job Summary

PacifiCorp is seeking a skilled Electrical Lineman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical transmission and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain electrical transmission and distribution lines, including overhead and underground systems.
  • Repair and replace electrical equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical gear.
  • Operate and maintain line trucks, aerial boom lifts, and other specialized equipment.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Journeyman Lineman certification or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of a formal training program for electrical linemen.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman.
  • Formal hot stick training and experience.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License.
