About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Infection Preventionist to join our team at a 100-bed Long Term Care Facility in Arizona. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of infection prevention and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement infection prevention and control policies and procedures
  • Conduct surveillance and analysis of infection control data
  • Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention and control practices
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address infection control risks
  • Develop and implement antibiotic stewardship programs
  • Conduct outbreak investigations and develop control measures
Requirements
  • RN, MT(ASCP), MPH
  • Experience in Long Term Care Infection Prevention preferred
