Position Summary
As a Security Operations Specialist, you will oversee the safety and security of the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring surveillance systems, managing alarm systems, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. You will conduct regular inspections of the premises, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid when necessary.

In this role, you will:
1. Patrol all areas of the facility and assist guests with access issues.
2. Monitor Closed Circuit Television and alarm systems.
3. Conduct daily safety inspections and respond to incidents.
4. Document all security-related occurrences and prepare reports.
5. Manage disturbances and escort unauthorized individuals from the premises.

It is essential to maintain confidentiality regarding all security matters and to follow company policies diligently. You will also be expected to:
- Provide exceptional service to guests and address their needs proactively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and appearance.

Preferred Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience necessary.
License or Certification:
None required.
