**Job Summary**
Greenfield Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dietary Cook to join our team. As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for the operation of the dietary kitchen during assigned shifts. Your responsibilities will include cooking meals, maintaining the sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating, and inventory of products, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook meals for residents in accordance with therapeutic diets and menu plans
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate record keeping and ordering
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure resident satisfaction and dietary needs are met
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident experience and care
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in dietary cooking or a related field
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and menu planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
