External Job Description

What you will do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, processing pre-employment background checks, and onboarding.

Represent the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events, establishing strong partnerships within the local community.

Implement and adhere to company policies while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Maximize best practices in recruitment strategies and diversify candidate outreach efforts on various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.).

Collaborate with regional talent acquisition and human resource teams to address ongoing staffing needs and maintain up-to-date employment records.

Utilize applicant tracking software (iCIMS) and perform data entry within payroll and scheduling systems.

Coordinate necessary training, confirm team member certification requirements, and conduct periodic audits of employee files.


The goal is to interview and identify compassionate individuals eager to assist clients within the local community with their daily activities in the comfort of their homes.

Although you will not be working directly with clients, your contributions will significantly impact improving the lives of others.

Qualifications

What you will need:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Some college coursework completed or a two- or four-year college degree is preferred.
A minimum of one year of experience in office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software.
Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
Accountable, reliable, and capable of working independently with sound judgment.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
