Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Valet/Guest Service Associates at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional hospitality to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable and unique experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet arriving and departing guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Open doors, provide information, and offer directions to guests
  • Practice AAA Basics, including immediately securing all keys and adhering to uniform and appearance standards
  • Ensure all guest interactions are professional, friendly, and memorable
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, including drug, MVR, and criminal background check
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Must be able to stand during the entire shift
  • Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
  • Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
