Dishroom Assistant

Miller's Ale House is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized dishroom, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation, and supporting our cooks and other team members in their daily tasks.

• Ensure a clean and organized dishroom, including the proper storage and maintenance of dish supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are washed and sanitized in a timely manner.
• Support cooks and other team members with their daily tasks, including food preparation and presentation.
• Adhere to all restaurant service standards, including health and safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience in a dishroom or kitchen environment is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
