Zarephath Community Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the implementation of effective treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the ABA center, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients, based on evidence-based practices in ABA.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and provide ongoing support and training to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.
- Client Progress: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other necessary records.
- Professional Development: Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and autism treatment, incorporating new research and techniques into the program.
- Culture and Environment: Ensure a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Outreach and Engagement: Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to promote the center's services and build relationships with referral sources.
- Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills in ABA, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Leadership and Management: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Professional Conduct: Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct.
- Center-Based Experience: Experience working in a center-based ABA program.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data collection software.
