Position Overview
Performance Health is on the lookout for a dedicated Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our organization. In this capacity, you will take charge of the reporting and evaluation of the company's financial health, alongside product and customer-specific insights across various segments including VA, Acute, and OPR.
Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, your role will involve collaboration with our Capital Team to deliver financial insights and analysis that drive business decisions. Your contributions will support the North America Direct Leadership Team with essential reporting and financial evaluations aimed at enhancing decision-making and identifying growth opportunities.
You will also engage closely with the National Accounts team, providing valuable reporting and assistance with RFPs, local agreements, and contract management tasks. Your analytical skills will be utilized to assess sales data as required by management through various reporting tools.
Analytical Support
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting profitability analyses and preparing business review presentations.
- Delivering accurate and timely reporting while working independently and across departments.
- Documenting all reporting processes meticulously.
- Creating customized business reviews for GPOs, leading OPR Chains, and the top 125 IDNs.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in developing reports across various environments.
- A solid understanding of business processes along with financial reporting and analysis.
Benefits
