Therapy Expert for School District

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in Bloomfield, MO.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $83,000 per year. Additionally, you can expect guaranteed work hours, payment for direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and access to health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
• Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
• Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid state SLP License
• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
