Position Requirements

  • Comprehend all credit card marketing materials and assist the Lending management team with credit card initiatives and promotions. Review content from PSCU and the Community Choice marketing team for accuracy. Responsible for collecting necessary documentation from all stakeholders and vendors within designated timeframes to enhance the credit card portfolio.
  • Assist with pricing adjustments for credit card systems, including tier pricing, semi-annual and annual rate reviews, and Prime rate modifications.
  • Stay updated on all Credit Card Policies and Guidelines.
  • Support periodic evaluations of high-limit credit cards for risk assessment and provide suitable recommendations to lending management.
  • Distribute credit card disclosures to regulatory bodies quarterly.
  • Possess knowledge of CARDAct and communicate necessary updates to lending management.
  • Conduct competitor credit card rate and fee market analysis for benchmarking. Suggest pricing modifications as needed for market positioning and compliance.
  • Revise Credit Card Disclosures as required.
  • Remain informed about all PSCU, Mastercard, and regulatory credit card communications, keeping relevant stakeholders updated.
  • Assist lending managers with credit card audits by gathering requested information.
  • Monitor New Accounts Journal to ensure only valid accounts are opened and that all information from the original application is accurately entered, and oversee the credit limit change report to confirm only approved limit increases are processed. Validate applications and documents through the Meridian link report.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly credit card reports.
  • Effectively communicate the status of merger and project tasks and timelines to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Process business credit card applications along with member notifications and adverse action letters to ensure approval timelines meet or exceed established goals.
  • Assist in managing the credit card portfolio to maintain an accurate and current database system, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Stay informed about Adaptive Control Systems Matrix settings, PCF settings, and other portfolio configurations, offering recommendations as necessary.
  • Advise and support the Lending management team with operational tasks related to the implementation of credit card products.
  • Provide assistance with Helpdesk Ticket requests, data validation, and testing for business functionality.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and assist with training needs that may arise.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in a credit card operations environment.
