Critical Care Nurse

Cynet Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including medication management, wound care, and other interventions.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and other parameters.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, including IV medications, blood products, and other therapies.
- Perform various procedures, including phlebotomy, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests.
- Document patient care in the medical record, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information.
- Participate in code blue and other emergency situations, including CPR and other life-saving interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and other staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in critical care nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum one year of experience in ICU nursing, with a strong focus on critical care and patient safety.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification, with TNCC preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
