About the Job:

A Server at Chili's is an entry-level position responsible for providing exceptional customer service while taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing cash transactions. To be successful, you'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

• Present menus and answer questions about food and drink options.

• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage cash and credit transactions, handling payment processing and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
