Position Overview:
Cable One is seeking a dedicated and proactive Supply Chain Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing and tracking Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) inventory, including data modems, phone modems, and video converters. The coordinator will be responsible for cleaning, testing, and redistributing returned customer equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize inventory management software to order, receive, and release all warehouse products.
- Complete and maintain necessary shipping and receiving documentation.
- Monitor stock levels of CPE, plant materials, headend equipment, and drop materials to ensure timely reordering.
- Manually load and unload all truck deliveries and daily pickups.
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and/or hand truck as needed.
- Process all paperwork, including billing of materials, purchase orders, sales orders, equipment transfers, and monthly CPE counts for filing.
- Conduct accurate monthly and quarterly inventory checks.
- Gather, clean, test, and redistribute returned Customer Premise Equipment to the appropriate locations or repair vendors.
- Collect obsolete units and dispose of them according to company procedures.
Qualifications:
One to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required. Forklift certification is a plus.
