Position Overview:

We proudly refer to our housekeeping team as the Heart of the House. By joining us, you will receive training to support various housekeeping operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to engage in hands-on work, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Position Specifications:
  • Outlet: Arrowhead Alpine Club
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.03 per hour
  • Shift & Schedule: Part-Time, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely handle hazardous and caustic cleaning agents.
  • Maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
  • Demonstrate high productivity in all cleaning tasks, including replenishing amenities in guest areas as assigned.
  • Retain training knowledge and pursue further learning about your role and responsibilities.
  • Consistently exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Effectively manage and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Prior housekeeping experience in hotels or similar settings is required.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work on holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
The expected pay range is $22.03 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
