Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, dedicated to empowering residents to live longer, healthier, and happier lives. We are seeking a skilled Medication Care Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner. You will lead the assigned tasks of Medication Care Managers, ensuring that medications are administered correctly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for documenting medication administration and ensuring that proper training and procedures are in place to provide the highest quality of care for our residents.

You will work closely with our Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse to check for medication updates and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. Additionally, you will partner with our community team to promote Risk Management programs and policies, adhering to safety rules and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environments. You should also possess strong leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate assignments and react calmly in difficult situations.
