About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PDI Technician to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a PDI Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our RVs meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify any defects or issues
  • Test and verify the operation of all appliances, systems, and components
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the RV to ensure it meets our quality standards
  • Verify that all major components and options are functional and in good working order
  • Check and add all fluids as necessary, including fuel, oil, and other essential fluids
  • Support our service team technicians in resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of RV systems and components
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
