Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $27,880 and $55,220 per year, based on a hourly rate of $13.35 to $26.75.

Job Description

This position works out of our Minnetonka location in the electrophysiology division, where we're advancing the treatment of heart and vascular disease through breakthrough medical technologies, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will work under direct supervision, performing routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date
  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal customers and external customers, such as during tours
  • Clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to all levels of manufacturing management in both written and oral form
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable, and quality issues can be addressed to assure the quality of all products
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions
  • Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages
  • Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance
