Job Summary

College of the Canyons is seeking a highly qualified Noncredit Surveying Instructor to join our team. As a Noncredit Faculty Member, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of surveying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop curriculum for noncredit surveying courses
  • Mentor and support students in achieving their educational goals
  • Collaborate with department colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field of surveying
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Surveying or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in surveying or a related field
  • Ability to create a dynamic learning environment that values instructor/student interaction
  • Ability to effectively engage with and facilitate authentic learning for students of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences
