Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse to join our team at Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. in Moline and Davenport offices. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned physician's practice by coordinating schedules, tests, and procedures for patients.
  • Respond to incoming and outgoing phone calls, and requests for medication refills, prior authorizations, sample requests, and patient assistant programs.
  • Learn and utilize the electronic medical records system for effective documentation in patient charts.
  • Assess and prepare incoming mail for the physician's review, and complete FMLA and disability forms promptly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
