About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills to identify and repair issues with vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioner, and coolant systems.
  • Inspect and repair vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes.
  • State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification.
