Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare menu items to exact specifications, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist the expediter and provide excellent customer service during handoffs.
  • Monitor food temperatures and maintain quality standards.
  • Clean equipment and maintain a clean workstation.
  • Use proper portioning tools and monitor ingredient levels.
  • Stock the line with necessary supplies.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of menu items and ability to prepare them accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to withstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more.
  • Ability to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds for distances of up to 10 feet.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle objects.
Compensation

Minimum wage varies based on job location and is determined by each locale.

Colorado: $14.42 - $15.82/hourly
