Job Summary

The Busser is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This role involves clearing and cleaning tables, resetting the dining area, and providing exceptional support to our servers.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Restock supplies and maintain the organization of side stations, ensuring that our servers have everything they need to provide excellent service.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Protect our establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guests' and coworkers' needs.
Requirements
  • Friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required - we offer on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods.
  • Food Handler Certification.
