We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recovery Clerk. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Replenish and restock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
  • Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and stock is rotated regularly.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
