Overview:

The Inventory Control Clerk plays a crucial role in managing the flow of food and beverage invoices. This position requires a keen ability to reconcile receipts with invoices and accurately enter purchase orders into the JDE system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and verify food and beverage invoices.
  2. Balance receipts against invoices and input purchase orders into JDE.
  3. Handle warehouse pick slips efficiently.
  4. Scan invoices into the ICG system and complete the HUDE process within ICG Work Flow.
  5. Generate and manage blanket purchase orders.
  6. Review vendor bids and finalize short payments.
  7. Conduct essential inventory tasks at month-end, including counting and utilizing inventory scanners.
  8. Embrace and promote the “We Win Hearts” culture of Station Casinos.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience and knowledge in Inventory Control, specifically with JDE and ICG systems.
  • Proficiency in basic data entry tasks.
  • Strong skills in 10-key data entry.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility in daily tasks and work schedule.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, team members, and management.

This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of inventory processes and supporting the operational excellence of Station Casinos.
