Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial management of East and West Coast distribution centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience working in a distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily oversight and financial management of East and West Coast distribution centers
  • Financial liaison to 3rd party logistics partner within the distribution centers
  • Manage financial ramping down of current distribution facilities
  • Daily sales report and analysis
  • Provide overall financial direction and support to the Director and other functional areas of the business to achieve business unit financial goals
  • Manage the financial aspects of the annual operating plan and strategic business plan process
  • Analyze monthly financial performance and review findings with operations staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an accounting department
  • Must have experience working within a distribution environment

Preferred Skills

  • SAP ERP systems experience and business systems knowledge
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Competence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (Power BI)
