Overview:

At Randstad Life Sciences US, we are dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions. Our teams are energetic and dynamic, working collaboratively to achieve our mission.

In this role, you will support production activities under the guidance of experienced personnel. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cell culture operations and preparing media and buffer solutions.
  • Performing chromatographic separation, sterile filtration, and concentration processes.
  • Utilizing various equipment such as bioreactors, chromatography columns, and centrifuges.

Essential skills for success in this position include:

  • Effective time management and clear communication.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including weekends.
  • Completing daily manufacturing tasks in accordance with cGMPs and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitoring critical process parameters and documenting all activities accurately.
  • Participating in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
  • Ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available for successful operations.
  • Maintaining a high level of mechanical and technical proficiency.
  • Complying with safety regulations during all production activities.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team to contribute to overall success.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Hands-on manufacturing experience with the ability to work on-site.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong interest in science and technology.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Background in science and technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in biological or life sciences.
